Sales and finance departments gets a five star. The department that gets a four star is the detailing and delivery of the vehicle department. The reason for this grade is that my engine was dusty/ dirt left on a brand new engine. I’ve never had a dealership give me a vehicle with unfinished engine detail. Please do your job detail department.

I worked with David McCoy to purchase a pre-owned vehicle for my son. David was incredibly responsive, up-front, honest, and gave us a great price on the vehicle. Worked with Harry Hope for the past 10 years; now I don't even have to go to their location. I trust him so much that he just brings the vehicles to us along with the paperwork.

I have mixed feelings. Their customer service prior to the sale and willingness to negotiate a good deal was stellar. They didn't hesitate to fix some cosmetic things and seened quite friendly. Their customer service after the sale, not so much. We felt rushed out the door, they didn't show us anything on the vehicle, we still have no idea how to access the spare tire and they wouldn't put our plates on for us. That's a first for me. We are older and will have difficulty doing this. Would I return? Possibly, but not sure.
If I could give Woodhouse, especially Harry Hope, 100 stars I would. My mom has purchased 2 Dodge Dakotas from him. I purchased my 2008 Dodge Caliber (I named her Carla!) from him in 2012 with 75K miles on it. She just died on me last Monday with 214,357 miles! Our experience at wood house was a little bumpy at first, however even though Eddy was not whom I had originally made an appointment with he was very helpful. He made sure the cars we wanted to test drive were available and even though we were there until after closing we never felt rushed. Only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because of that bumpy start. Which by the way had nothing to do with him or his service.

Extra shout out to Fred, he ID'd a bad PCM wire causing my faults. Most other technicians would have just thrown part after part at it. He took the time and found the root cause. Give that man a raise or at least a bonus!

HUGE shout out to Mary and Woodhouse Chrysler Jeep in Blair, NE. We were traveling home to KC when our check engine light came on. We stopped in Missouri Valley only to be told to drive into Blair to the Jeep dealer. Not only was Mary able to get a technician assigned to our vehicle quickly, they were able to reset the notification and conclude that it was just a bad sensor. We were back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you Mary and thank you Woodhouse and your incredible staff.

Very relaxed atmosphere and I felt no pressure in any way to buy. What a change from what I’m used to from previous dealerships! When Ben Barnhat heard that I had been in an accident in the vehicle we had purchased from him, he jumped right into action. The process of finding a vehicle that met our needs and budget was beyond easy and hassle free. Working with Austin directly (and the rest of the team there in the background of course) was quick, smooth and in the end exactly what was needed to address this need for my family. I live in NE Oklahoma and chose to purchase from a dealer in Nebraska and subsequently fly up there, finalize the deal and drive the vehicle 6.5 hours home so that in of itself should say something right there!!!
